During retirement, Louise and her husband traveled extensively throughout the United States.  They walked on beaches from Maine to Florida and the Gulf Coast.  They visited several Presidential Libraries and Museums.  Her favorite place to vacation was North Myrtle Beach, SC.

Louise had a deep appreciation of music and enjoyed walking, cooking, reading, and solving Sudoku puzzles.  Her greatest joy was spending time with her family, who she loved very much.

She is survived by her husband, of 56 years, the Reverend C. Rayvon Hilliard.  They were married November 25, 1955.
