Beverly Lou Snyder, 82, of Elkton FL and formerly of Danville PA departed
this life on Tuesday, August 7, 2012. She was born December 23, 1929 in
Defiance, OH the daughter of the late Kenneth and Mabel Schappert
Quartermain of Auburndale MA.
Beverly graduated from Newton High School, Newton, MA in 1948.
She was an aspiring model and artist. Beverly was a dedicated and loving
wife, mother and grandmother who adored her family.
She is survived by her husband of 63 years, Harry Grier Snyder of Elkton
FL. Also surviving is one son, Harry K. Snyder and his wife Linda of
Bloomsburg PA and one daughter, Pamela G. Snyder Brown and her husband Ron
of St. Augustine FL. She is also survived by five grandchildren and three
great-grandchildren. Also surviving is one brother Kenneth L. Quartermain
and his wife Bonnie of Surprise AZ. She was preceded in death by her
sister, Gwendolyn Quartermain Robinson.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Celebration of her life to be
held next Friday, August 17, 2012 at 1:00 PM at Visneski Funeral Home, Inc.
10 W Mahoning Street Danville PA with the Reverend Melody Sell
Washingtonville Lutheran Church officiating. Friends will be received from
12:00 Noon until the time of the service. Burial will be private in
Odd Fellows Cemetery Danville. PA.
