February 27, 1954. She was a faithful military wife for 27 years living in
Japan, Germany and Iran.
June was an extraordinary “classy lady”
who made a monumental impact on all the lives she came into contact with.
She gave freely from her heart and life to all she knew, overflowing with
joy with her beautiful smile and demeanor. She truly lived by example and
was a faithful servant of her Lord Jesus Christ. Her strong faith could be
seen through every aspect and trial of her life.

and as a receptionist, from where she retired. She was always lighting up
people’s lives there with her daily posts to the District bulletin board.
She enjoyed playing Bridge, golfing,
knitting, crafting with stained glass and was an avid reader. June
actively volunteered at the Miracle Square Gift Shop at Geisinger Medical
Center and was a member of the Geisinger Auxiliary. One of June’s greatest
passions was her involvement with the Danville/Tri-County After 5 Club where
she served in many positions including Chairman from 2004-2006 and most
recently greeting everyone with her contagious smile at the nametag table.
The Stonecroft Bible Studies were a vital part of her life and her
involvement blessed many that were present at them.
She deeply loved and cared for her
children and she adored her grandchildren. In addition to her husband, she
is survived by one son, Gregory S. Miller of Phoenix AZ and her daughter,
